The short version
If something is hard to read, hard to use, wrong, or could simply be better, we want to know. You do not need an account and you do not have to give your name. Students, parents and teachers are all welcome to use this form.
We keep a log of every suggestion and record what we decided to do about it — including the ones we decide not to change, and why.

Before you write
- Please do not include personal details — not your full name, your school, your address, or anything about your health.
- We only need to know what the problem or idea is.
- Giving an email address is optional. It is only used to reply to you.

What happens next
Every suggestion is logged with the date it arrived. We review them regularly and record one of four outcomes against each: under review, accepted, done, or declined. Where we decline something we write down why, because a decision without a reason is not much of a decision.
If you gave an email address we will reply to you. If you did not, your suggestion still counts — anonymous feedback is often the most honest.
Accessibility
We check colour contrast, heading structure and reading level automatically on every release, and we review accessibility regularly. Automated checks cannot catch everything, which is why reports from real students matter. If something is difficult to use, please tell us using the form above and choose Accessibility.
